Scout Leadership
The troop is actually run by its boy leaders. With the guidance of the Scoutmaster and his assistants, they plan the program, conduct troop meetings, and provide leadership among their peers.
Adult Leadership
Adult Leadership in a Troop is organized into the 'Front Office' Scoutmaster group and 'Back Office' Committee. The Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmasters work directly with the Scouts to help guide them as they plan and execute their activities. The Troop Committee does the complex work of maintaining the Troop infrastructure.
