Event: Montara Lighthouse
Dates: October 14-16, 2011
PERMISSION SLIP DUE 10/13/11
Details: We will be leaving Friday night and returning Sunday. Location is Joseph D. Grant County
Park in San Jose, CA.
PLAN: Friday Meet at Olinder at 5pm
Bring your own dinner or $ to eat on the road (or eat before hand)
Saturday: Breakfast, lunch and dinner by patrols
Sunday: Breakfast by patrol.
Return home around noon. Scouts will be dropped off at their homes
FEE: $15 cash grub money (Bring to meeting on Thursday, Oct 13th)
WHAT TO BRING: Car camping gear (tent, sleeping bag/pad). Patrols will cook in the campground.
Weather will be unpredictable, so prepare for sunny OR cool/rainy conditions
Toiletries (toothbrush, toilet paper)
Water bottles (water is available at the campsite)
Flashlight / headlight
Personal eating utensils, bowl, cup, etc.
WHAT TO LEAVE AT HOME: iPods, MP3 players, and all electronics TRANSPORTATION: By car, arranged by troop.
